Through The Looking Glass Cowl Knitting Pattern PDF
This pattern is based on 2 colour stranded colourwork.
The chart is worked from left to right and repeated 8 times each round. The colourwork chart is also repeated 5 times to achieve the height. This can easily be increased if you wish to make it longer.
I wanted the pattern to look like a kaleidoscope as this is what the yarn is called. However there are lots of cowl patterns named ‘Kaleidoscope’ and so it is now called #throughthelookingglasscowl
Materials Required.
1 skein of sock yarn – Black Sock Yarn
1 skein – Contrast Colour sock yarn – Fearless Yarn Kaleidoscope Sock Yarn
16”circular needle 3.25mm/US 4
Tapestry needle for darning ends in.
Place Marker x1
The pattern requires that you are able to use a circular knitting needle to knit in the round and that you are familiar with stranded colour work.
