Shipping Estimates
Unless stated otherwise yarn orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
‘Pre-Order' yarns are shipped as described in the item description.
If both ‘In Stock’ and ‘Pre-Order’ yarns are purchased together, they will be shipped together.
Once parcels are shipped, Fearless Yarn ceases to be responsible for them.
UK Orders
UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class unless ‘Signed For 1st Class' is chosen as the shipping choice or your order value exceeds £50.00.
‘Royal Mail 1st Class' parcels normally take 1-3 business days to arrive from date of shipment.
UK Lost/Missing Parcel
Royal Mail will not deem a UK parcel missing until 10 business days have passed from the shipping date.
‘Royal Mail’ will not accept missing parcel claims until that time, but you can always send ‘Fearless Yarn a message using the contact us page if you think your parcel has gone missing.
Should a UK parcel go missing, Fearless Yarn will provide UK buyers proof of postage so they can make a direct claim with ‘Royal Mail’.
‘Royal Mail’ compensation is paid directly to the claimant.
International Orders
International parcels are all sent by ‘Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, if your country supports this service.
Parcels normally take 5-7 business days for Europe, and 7-15 business days for the rest of the world.
World Lost/Missing Parcels
Royal Mail will not deem an international parcel missing until the following time has passed:
20 business days for Europe
25 business days for rest of world
I will be unable to assist with any missing parcel queries until then, but you can always send Fearless Yarn a message using the contact us page if you think your parcel has gone missing.
If an international parcel does go missing, ‘Fearless Yarn' needs to make the claim with ‘Royal Mail’ on the buyer’s behalf. Any compensation paid is passed in full to the buyer.
